All of our senior staff have strong academic and professional qualifications backed by years of hands-on experience of management roles in marketing, finance, sales and operations through to ICT, e-business and quality systems.

And, as at least two staff consultants work on every project, you will realise from our first meeting that the widest possible range of industry and operational experience will be focused on your business from day one.

The Directors:

Lawrence Hoare - BSc MSc CEng MBA Senior Consultant

With over 12 years experience in industry as a consultant in project management and services marketing, Lawrence moved into mainstream management consultancy following a successful MBA at Aston Business School and project work for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. With specialisms in marketing, finance and engineering, he has worked for Mustard and Investment Readiness clients since 2001.

Shihab Hossain - BSc MBA Senior Consultant

Having worked in R&D, sales, marketing and management roles in industry, Shihab undertook an MBA focussing on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. As a management consultant he has been supporting start-up and early growth firms since 2000, specialising in marketing, business planning and strategic development. Over this time, he has supported in excess of 300 businesses including social enterprise, charities and the wider NFP sector. Shihab is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Institute of Leadership and Management and is a Board member of the Institute of Asian Businesses.
